MGM Sustainable Energy Fund II (MSEF II) is a private equity fund managed by MGM Innova Capital, focusing on investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across emerging markets in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. The fund primarily provides equity and mezzanine financing to projects in the demand-side energy efficiency and renewable energy sectors, aiming to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns while promoting environmental sustainability.

The fund's investment strategy involves allocating at least 60% of its capital to energy efficiency projects, such as consumer financing for green appliances, and 40% to small-scale renewable energy projects, including hydro expansion, solar, and wind. MSEF II is the successor to the original MGM Sustainable Energy Fund (MSEF), which has concluded its investment period and is currently in the monitoring and divesting stage.
