Miller Global Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and disposition of high-quality, well-located office and hotel properties throughout the United States. Launched in 2005 with Marriott and the PGA Tour, the project featured a 1,002-room hotel, seven dining outlets, a 25,000-square-foot spa, two TPC golf courses, a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse, and 150,000 square feet of meeting space. To diversify revenue, the team introduced Marriott’s first six-acre water park, later expanded by four acres due to great demand. Groundbreaking began in 2007, and the resort opened in 2010. Over eight years, cash flows grew sevenfold, making it one of Miller Global’s most successful ventures.
