Mission Ventures

Mission Ventures is an accelerator dedicated to fostering the growth of early-stage food and drink start-ups in the United Kingdom. The program offers a combination of investment and support to innovative brands aiming to disrupt the industry. Successful applicants receive £60,000 of equity investment and a place on the accelerator programme, which includes business development, strategy, retail, and funding support.

The accelerator is led by a team of entrepreneurs with over 70 years of experience in creating, building, and selling food and drink brands, including Plum Baby, New Covent Garden Soup Co, and Little Dish. Their expertise provides valuable mentorship to participating companies.

In 2020, the accelerator rebranded as Mission Ventures to reflect its expanded remit and continued support for FMCG challenger brands. The initiative has also partnered with Australian food body FIAL to support the growth of Australian brands wishing to expand into the UK market.
