MOTIVE Accelerator

MOTIVE Accelerator is a Dallas-based program dedicated to fostering innovation in the real estate technology sector. The program focuses on early-stage tech companies aiming to transform the built environment through customer-centric solutions. By leveraging Dallas's position as a major technology exporter, MOTIVE provides startups with access to extensive real estate, technology, and international industry networks, facilitating the creation of impactful companies.

The accelerator's strategy centers on an intensive three-month curriculum that emphasizes the lean entrepreneurial process, team cohesion, and a give-before-you-get mentality. Startups receive a base investment of $40,000 in exchange for equity stakes ranging from 6% to 10%. The program culminates in a Demo Day, held in conjunction with the DisruptCRE conference, where participants present their progress to a network of investors and industry leaders.

MOTIVE's mentor network includes experts from industry leaders like Trammell Crow, CBRE, Hillwood, CompStak, ViewTheSpace, DisruptCRE, ManagedByQ, and REthink CRM. This diverse group of mentors provides startups with valuable insights and guidance, enhancing their potential for success in the competitive real estate technology landscape.
