Nasdaq Ventures is a global venture investing program focused on cultivating and supporting innovative and disruptive entrepreneurs and their companies. The program focuses on early-stage investments in areas such as artificial intelligence, financial technology, healthcare, digital media, and enterprise software. Nasdaq Ventures works to provide resources to its portfolio companies, including capital, connections, industry expertise, and access to Nasdaq’s global network. The program helps companies grow, achieve their business objectives, and scale in the global markets.

Launched in April 2017, Nasdaq Ventures aims to identify and collaborate on new technologies and groundbreaking services and solutions that align with Nasdaq's clients' needs and the company's long-term objectives in the global capital markets. The program's main objective is to discover, invest in, and partner with unique fintech companies worldwide. Nasdaq Ventures has invested in companies such as Juniper Square, a fund operations platform serving over 2,000 private markets general partners, to further accelerate innovation in private markets technology.

Nasdaq Ventures is led by Gary Offner, who has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and strategic direct investment, with an emphasis on minority growth capital investments in technology companies. The program's investments range from less than $1 million to approximately $10 million and include seed to late-stage venture rounds. Areas of initial focus include digital transfer/blockchain, machine learning and artificial intelligence, emerging and frontier marketplaces, and next-generation data, analytics, and content aggregation.
