This strategic acquisition included the transfer of key hotel assets, including The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi, as well as Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives and Cheval Blanc Seychelles.
