Their geographical focus includes Japan, the United States, and various European countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and the Czech Republic.

The firm's investment strategy emphasizes backing startups with at least one female co-founder who holds equitable representation on the cap table. In September 2023, Nextblue announced the first close of its second fund, targeting a total size of $40 million.
