Nezlamni Fund is a Ukrainian venture capital firm established in mid-2024 by the co-founders of Uklon, focusing on seed-stage investments in defense and dual-use startups. The firm aims to support promising Ukrainian projects with strong growth potential both domestically and internationally. Its portfolio includes companies such as Buntar Aerospace, Ailand Systems, Mantis Analytics, Frontline, and Himera.

The fund's investment strategy involves providing financial support ranging from $100,000 to $400,000 to early-stage companies developing innovative solutions in areas like defense technology, aerospace, artificial intelligence, robotics, communications, and cybersecurity. Nezlamni Fund actively assists its portfolio companies in scaling production, enhancing technologies, and expanding globally, contributing to the development of a future-oriented tech economy and a sustainable startup ecosystem in Ukraine.

In 2024, Nezlamni Fund made its first major investment in Buntar Aerospace, a startup specializing in electronic warfare-indistinguishable reconnaissance drones, with a $200,000 investment. Subsequent investments included $200,000 in Ailand Systems, which develops drones for demining, and $240,000 in Mantis Analytics, focusing on AI risk management platforms. In January 2025, the fund invested in Frontline, a developer of robotic systems for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and in November 2024, it supported Himera, a developer of tactical communication systems. These investments reflect Nezlamni Fund's commitment to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities through technological innovation.
