NGL Ventures

NGL Ventures is an angel syndicate and startup board member network based in Lithuania. The organization specializes in providing comprehensive business angel education, facilitating syndicate investments, and placing advisory board members. Their mission is to empower investors and entrepreneurs by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to navigate the world of angel investing and seize promising opportunities.

The network comprises over 90 members and has expanded its operations to Latvia. NGL Ventures has been actively involved in several notable investments, including a €1 million round in the wellness tech startup Walk15, a €1.08 million investment in defense tech startup Luna Robotics, and a €3 million funding round for medtech startup Ligence. These investments highlight NGL Ventures' commitment to supporting innovative startups across various sectors.

NGL Ventures was founded in April 2024 by former LitBAN Managing Director Justinas Pašys and Ieva Dargyte-Pasiene as a family business. The organization continues to grow its presence in the Baltic region, fostering connections between investors and startups to drive economic development and innovation.
