North Shore InnoVentures

North Shore InnoVentures (NSIV) is a nonprofit technology incubator based in Beverly, Massachusetts, dedicated to accelerating the growth of innovative startups in the biotech and cleantech sectors. Established in 2008, NSIV provides early-stage companies with office space, shared laboratories, equipment, and access to professional services, including mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and investment advisors. This collaborative environment aims to foster innovation and support the commercialization of new technologies.

NSIV's focus is on nurturing startups in the healthcare and life sciences industries, offering resources tailored to the unique needs of these sectors. The organization operates a 24,000-square-foot facility at the Cummings Center in Beverly, which includes laboratory spaces and office areas designed to accommodate the specific requirements of biotech and cleantech companies. Over the years, NSIV has supported more than 71 startups, with 18 companies currently benefiting from its incubator services. The organization's mission is to stimulate economic development in the North Shore region by successfully launching new companies and creating sustainable jobs.
