Notable projects include the mixed-use development at 2600 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, featuring 399 residences and 187,000 square feet of office and retail space. Additionally, Oak Row Equities is developing the Wynwood Plaza, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use campus in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, in partnership with L&L Holding Company.
