In August 2024, Ontogen Medtech expanded its operations by launching a new contract manufacturing business unit and moving into a state-of-the-art facility in Lisle, Illinois. This expansion includes over 12,000 square feet of operational space, featuring a Class 7 clean room, enhancing their R&D and production capabilities. The facility is designed to serve startups, growth-stage innovators, and established OEMs, providing end-to-end support from concept and prototyping to pilot production and full-scale contract manufacturing.

In October 2025, Ontogen Medtech achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification, an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems in medical device manufacturing. This certification underscores their commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality medical technologies while expanding their role as a trusted contract manufacturing partner.
