Established on 8 May 2006, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) is a property investment company wholly owned by Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB). Its primary objective is to enhance Bumiputera participation in the ownership of prime commercial real estate assets across Malaysia.
