Penta Real Estate Fund SICAV

Penta Real Estate Fund SICAV is a qualified investor fund established to invest primarily in ownership interests in Penta Real Estate Holding Limited, one of the largest property development companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The fund's portfolio includes notable projects such as Masaryčka in Prague and SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid in Bratislava. The fund also allocates a portion of its assets to liquid instruments like treasury bills, deposits, and bonds maturing within one year.

The fund is managed by CODYA investiční společnost, a.s., with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. serving as the depository and BDO Audit, s.r.o. as the auditor. The investment horizon is set for five or more years, with monthly asset valuations conducted on the last day of each calendar month.

Investors are required to be qualified investors as defined by Czech law, with a minimum investment amount of €1,000,000. The fund imposes an entry fee of up to 5% and an exit fee of up to 20% for redemptions within three years of issuance, decreasing to 0% thereafter. The targeted annual yield is between 10% and 15%.
