PSV is a Danish venture capital firm dedicated to supporting early-stage technology companies across the Nordic region. Their mission is to clear the path for founders who build companies that matter, focusing on sectors such as DeepTech, Artificial Intelligence, Biotech, and Clean Energy. PSV operates through a hybrid setup comprising PSV Foundry, PSV Lab, and two unique venture funds: PSV Tech and PSV Hafnium. This structure allows them to rethink existing models and maximize their impact beyond any individual firm or investment.

PSV's investment strategy targets pre-seed and seed-stage companies, with typical investments ranging from €100,000 to €1.5 million. They have a strong connection to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), which provides them with access to a rich ecosystem of scientific experts and innovation. This affiliation enables PSV to support startups that are deeply rooted in research and technology, aiming to scale technological breakthroughs into global solutions.

In October 2024, PSV Hafnium secured a DKK 185 million commitment from the European Investment Fund (EIF) and a DKK 100 million commitment from the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO). This funding supports their focus on early-stage deep tech companies in Denmark and the Nordic region. Additionally, in May 2025, PSV Tech held the first close of its second fund, PSV Tech Fund II, with a target of €70 million, backed by investors such as ATP, EIFO, and the Danish Society of Engineers (IDA). This fund aims to invest in AI, software, and digital infrastructure startups, reinforcing PSV's commitment to fostering technological innovation in the Nordic region.
