Rockies Venture Club

Rockies Venture Club (RVC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering economic development in the Rocky Mountain region by connecting investors with promising early-stage companies. Since its inception in 1985, RVC has been instrumental in bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and investors, facilitating access to capital and resources essential for business growth. The organization offers a platform for angel investors, venture capitalists, and service professionals to collaborate and support emerging businesses.

RVC's investment focus spans various sectors, including technology, cleantech, and life sciences, targeting companies at seed to Series A stages. The club hosts monthly Investor Forums where entrepreneurs present their ventures to a network of accredited investors, followed by discussions to evaluate investment opportunities. Additionally, RVC provides educational programs such as the RVC Pitch Academy and the RVC Angel Investing 501 program, designed to enhance the skills of both entrepreneurs and investors in the startup ecosystem.

With a commitment to community engagement, RVC organizes over 75 events annually, including workshops, webinars, and networking sessions, to educate and connect stakeholders in the entrepreneurial landscape. The organization also manages the Rockies Seed Fund, focusing on investing in Black and Latino-led businesses at the pre-seed and seed stages, reflecting its dedication to diversity and inclusion in the investment community.
