RTP Capital Associates

RTP Capital Associates is an angel network comprising accredited investors who invest their own capital in seed and early-stage companies, primarily in the Southeast United States. The network focuses on technology-centric and low-tech execution-driven businesses, seeking to lead local seed deals and participate in other early-stage follow-on and syndicated deals. Members convene monthly at the First Flight Venture Center in the Research Triangle Park, engaging in discussions about pending deals, events, and opportunities, and listening to presentations from companies seeking investment. RTP Capital functions as a forum facilitating collaboration among its members regarding potential investment opportunities and is not an investment fund, investment advisor, or broker-dealer; does not evaluate or endorse investment opportunities; and makes no recommendations regarding the appropriateness of investment opportunities. RTP Capital is comprised of individual accredited investors who make their own investment decisions.
