Saffelberg Investments is an independent Belgian investment firm with a capital base of €400 million, specializing in long-term investments by taking substantial minority stakes in fast-growing ventures through risk-bearing capital. Under Sluys' leadership, NGA developed into a global market leader in HR Services & Technology, achieving revenues of €700 million before Saffelberg's founding. The firm's portfolio includes investments in companies such as BRIKL, a 3D design and e-commerce software platform, and Gemaco Group, a leader in promotional merchandising.
