SATUS Venture Sp. z o.o.

SATUS Venture Sp. z o.o. is a group of entities managing seed and venture capital funds, established in 2005 by two Kraków financiers, Krzysztof Bełecha and Mariusz Borowiec. The group primarily invests in innovative companies at the early stages of development, particularly in the biotechnology, engineering, and ICT sectors. SATUS collaborates closely with scientific and research institutions, business angels, and private investors to oversee the entire investment process, from incubation through commercialization to exit.

The group's investment strategy involves careful selection of trustworthy cooperative partners, leading to the establishment of three accelerators: JCI Venture, which supports life science projects; Innovation Accelerator NOT; and KPT Seed Fund, which assists companies in advanced technologies and the transfer of knowledge from universities to industry. SATUS offers not only financial support but also training for entrepreneurs, professional support, access to business contacts, and experience in increasing the value of companies.

SATUS has invested over PLN 20 million in companies such as Han Bright, Evatronix, Bloober Team, OK System Polska, Aviator Technologie Lotnicze, Binary Helix, Encja.com, and Controlling Online. The group's focus on innovative companies in the early stages of development aims to achieve the highest return on investment while managing associated risks effectively.
