The Saudi Jordanian Investment Fund (SJIF) is a Limited Public Shareholding Company established in 2017 through a partnership between Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and 16 commercial and Islamic Jordanian banks. With a capital commitment of $3 billion, SJIF specializes in investing in Jordan's infrastructure and high-growth sectors, aiming to achieve solid returns for investors while fostering economic development and generating sustainable socio-economic impact in Jordan. The fund is registered under the Jordan Investment Fund Law No. (16) of 2016 and operates in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

SJIF's investment strategy focuses on pursuing viable, strategic infrastructure projects executed on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of the Jordanian economy.
