Due to the rapid development of the digital asset space, exit timelines for blockchain companies are expected to be shorter than in traditional industries. Risk mitigation measures include clear investment boundaries and guidelines, multiple review processes, and active support of the companies post-investment. Investors can expect exposure to early-stage companies in the digital assets space, broad coverage of sectors and geographies, and a team with strong expertise leveraging the collective knowledge pool and network of Sygnum, SBI, and Azimut. The fund provides quarterly reports outlining important developments in the market and activities of the DAO fund and its portfolio companies. The minimum ticket size for investment is USD 100,000 through the Feeder Fund. The fund has made several investments, including a €1 million seed investment in Colossus Digital, a blockchain infrastructure company offering the Institutional Hub, a two-sided B2B marketplace connecting regulated custodians with top-tier validators for staking and governance. This investment aims to accelerate the rollout of Colossus Digital's Institutional Hub, enhancing custody-to-staking workflows and expanding its global client base. The fund's investment in Colossus Digital underscores its commitment to supporting innovative companies in the digital asset space and its focus on providing investors with access to promising opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital asset economy.
