ScaleNL

ScaleNL is a public-private organization dedicated to assisting Dutch tech entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses within the United States. By offering a comprehensive suite of services—including a platform, academy, mentor community, and flagship programs—ScaleNL connects Dutch founders to the US market, providing them with the necessary tools and networks to succeed. The organization is co-funded by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with support from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).

One of ScaleNL's flagship initiatives is the ScaleNL Accelerator, a program designed to prepare Dutch tech companies for the US market. This accelerator focuses on three key areas: understanding the US business mindset, developing go-to-market and business strategies, and mastering pitching and fundraising techniques. The program culminates in a business trip to the US, where participants engage directly with the local ecosystem, including potential investors and partners. The accelerator has been instrumental in helping numerous Dutch startups establish a presence in cities such as New York, Boston, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, and Denver.

Through its strategic partnerships with organizations like Erasmus Enterprise, Yes!Delft, and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, ScaleNL enhances its support for Dutch startups. These collaborations provide additional resources, mentorship, and expertise, further strengthening the ecosystem for Dutch tech entrepreneurs aiming to make their mark in the US market.
