SCOR P&C Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of SCOR, a leading global reinsurer headquartered in Paris, France. The venture arm is dedicated to investing in and partnering with early-stage companies that are innovating within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector. By leveraging SCOR's extensive industry expertise and global reach, SCOR P&C Ventures aims to foster innovation and drive growth in the insurance industry.

The investment strategy of SCOR P&C Ventures is centered around three key areas: first, investing in 'Insurers of the Future,' which includes tech-driven underwriting companies such as managing general agents (MGAs) and carriers that offer digital and business model differentiation across P&C and life and health (L&H) sectors; second, investing in software solutions that benefit SCOR and its clients; and third, investing at the intersection of health and technology in companies that help people live healthier lives, improve in-force or claims outcomes, develop new business, or enhance SCOR's knowledge capabilities. The venture arm typically seeks greater than 5% ownership at first investment, which may include a board seat, and focuses on investments at the Seed to Series B stages.

SCOR P&C Ventures operates globally, with a focus on key markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, and selective deployment in Asia-Pacific and Africa. The team is integrated with SCOR's wider business, providing portfolio companies with access to SCOR's capabilities and expertise. This integration allows SCOR P&C Ventures to offer a genuine partnership approach, assisting portfolio companies with technical input, recruitment, capital optimization, and more. The venture arm has made 22 investments to date, with its most recent investment on May 20, 2025, in Novisto. Notable exits include Human API, Doma, and FH ORTHO SAS.
