The fund has a capitalisation of €3.30 billion and a financial occupancy rate of 94.83%.

The fund's investment strategy is centered on long-term leases with healthcare operators, providing stable and predictable rental income. It aims to achieve an annual return between 4% and 4.5% in 2025, supported by the delivery of new assets and a favorable interest rate environment. The fund also emphasizes environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, having obtained the Label ISR Immobilier in April 2023. This label reflects the fund's commitment to sustainable investment practices, integrating ESG factors into its investment decisions.

In addition to its investment activities, SCPI Pierval Santé engages in philanthropic initiatives. A portion of the subscription fees is allocated to the Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle épinière (ICM), supporting research on neurodegenerative diseases.
