Shumookh Investment and Services is a private investment firm based in Oman, established in 2010 as the investment arm of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn). The firm specializes in developing and managing infrastructure projects within Oman's industrial cities, including residential areas, hotel facilities, power and desalination plants, and connectivity projects. Shumookh operates under a public-private partnership model, aiming to create globally competitive infrastructure and foster the growth of industry in Oman.

Shumookh's portfolio includes projects such as the construction of service buildings in Al Rusayl Industrial City and multi-story car parking in Knowledge Oasis Muscat. The firm also holds a 55% share in Oman Accommodation Development Services (OADS), which focuses on building staff accommodation facilities, with its first project being the Kempinski hotel staff accommodation in Rusayl Industrial City, completed in 2018.
