SIIC Capital is a Chinese private investment firm focusing on strategic investments in emerging industries. Established in April 2020, it serves as the strategic management platform for the private equity funds affiliated with Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited (SIIC). SIIC Capital is tasked with managing external financing and overseeing fund management on behalf of the Group. Based in Shanghai and focused on the Yangtze River Delta, the company seeks investment opportunities in strategic emerging industries globally. It aims to build a leading fund management platform in China, leveraging social capital to support the development of the Group's core industries and contributing to the development of Shanghai as a City of Innovation, a City of Humanistic Culture, and an Eco-city. At present, SIIC Capital has established two funds: Shanghai Healthcare Capital (SHC) and the Shanghai Biomedical Innovation and Transformation Fund.
