Requirements
  • Real estate equity: targets value-add and opportunistic investments across direct property investments, portfolios, platforms, and development opportunities.
  • Real estate debt (via affiliated lending platform): loan amounts typically from $5,000,000 to $300,000,000+, terms including fixed-rate and floating-rate structures, and structures ranging from senior mortgages to mezzanine and preferred equity.
  • Loan underwriting: loan-to-value generally up to approximately 75% of appraised value (with total leverage and mezzanine structures permitting higher effective leverage on a case-by-case basis).
  • Target asset types: stabilized and transitional retail, industrial, office, hotel, multifamily, mobile home parks, self-storage, student housing, and mission-critical assets such as data centers.
