SmiLe Inject Capital

SmiLe Inject Capital is Sweden's only angel investment company dedicated to early-stage life science companies. Over a three-year period, they aim to invest a total of SEK 40 million in 10 to 15 promising startups. Their focus encompasses a wide range of sectors, including medtech, healthtech, biotech, pharma, diagnostics, ehealth, and food tech.

To be eligible for investment, companies must have been part of an incubator program for at least six months, preferably within the Skåne region. However, SmiLe Inject Capital is not limited to Skåne and has the capacity to invest in other national and Danish companies. The investment process involves collaboration with the company's incubator business coach to ensure all criteria are met before initiating the investment process.

SmiLe Inject Capital is owned by the state venture capital company Saminvest AB and a select group of Skåne-based life science investors. It is managed by SmiLe Incubator AB, combining private and state venture capital with international life science expertise to support startups in their growth journey.
