Sofipaca is a private equity firm based in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France. Established in 1984, it is a subsidiary of the regional banks Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d'Azur. The firm specializes in providing growth capital, transmission capital, and shareholder restructuring for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies (ETIs) located in the region.
