Specialist VC, formerly known as United Angels VC, is a venture capital fund based in Tallinn, Estonia, focusing on early-stage investments in technology companies. The fund primarily invests in B2B, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, deep tech, Web3, and software-enabled hardware sectors, supporting founders from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Ukraine, and Belarus.

Established in 2017 by Riivo Anton and Gerri Kodres, Specialist VC has a fund size of €50 million and has made over 40 investments in startups from the Baltic region and beyond. The fund's portfolio includes notable companies such as Bolt, Veriff, Starship, COMODULE, Monese, and NFTPort.

Specialist VC's investment strategy involves a dual approach, integrating secondary transactions into a traditional venture capital fund. This strategy allows the fund to invest in pre-seed and seed rounds while also participating in secondary transactions into companies beyond Series A, providing liquidity options for existing shareholders and enabling reinvestment in early-phase startups. The fund's limited partners include tech entrepreneurs from companies like Bolt, Vinted, Veriff, Wise, Pipedrive, Slack, and F-Secure, as well as institutions such as LHV Pension Funds and the European Investment Fund through the Pan-European Guarantee Fund and the Baltic Innovation Fund 2.
