STC Ventures is an independently managed venture capital fund whose anchor investor is the Saudi Telecom Company. The fund aims to empower entrepreneurs to create market-leading technology businesses by providing equity investments that help build leading companies in the information technology, telecommunications, and digital media/entertainment sectors. One of the key objectives of STC Ventures is to support the development of innovative technology companies in the GCC, wider MENA region, and Turkey, in addition to funding globally minded international companies seeking capital and access to the MENA region.

The fund's investment strategy focuses on early-stage companies, including Seed, Series A, Series B, Growth, and Late Stage investments. STC Ventures has a broad geographical focus, investing in countries such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, India, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and South Africa. STC Ventures has a track record of supporting over 90 digital projects, with investments and financial transactions reaching a market value of SAR 12 billion. Over 40 million users have benefited from the fund's projects. The fund has also established the STV Investment Fund, which invests in small and medium-sized companies in communications and information technology, and launched its corporate investment fund (CIF) in February 2023, focusing on early-stage startups in the cybersecurity, AI, digital gaming, IoT, and blockchain sectors. As of May 2023, STC Ventures has invested over SAR 3.5 billion in social, educational, and health initiatives, demonstrating its commitment to fostering innovation and development across various sectors and regions.
