Stellar Ventures is a woman-led venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California, dedicated to investing in early-stage, mission-driven space technology companies. The firm leverages the technical expertise and network of its aerospace engineering partner, Stellar Solutions, Inc., to identify and support leading terrestrial and orbital space technology companies in their early growth stages. Stellar Solutions specializes in high-end systems engineering, serving intelligence, defense, civil, commercial, and international space customers. The firm's over 300 employees include accomplished leaders with experience in national security, former astronauts, and scientific/engineering experts serving various sectors.

In July 2022, Stellar Ventures closed its first fund, SV Andromeda Fund LP, with over $23 million in capital commitments. This fund aims to fuel the development of space-enabled technologies to achieve ambitious business, government, and environmental goals. The founding team includes Managing Director Celeste Ford, a pioneering aerospace engineer who founded Stellar Solutions in 1995 and led it as CEO until 2018. The team also comprises Managing Director Matt Patterson and Operating Partner David Anderman.
