Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC)

Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC) is a non-profit association based in Zurich, Switzerland, dedicated to connecting smart money investors with innovative seed and early-stage tech startups. Since its inception in 2014, SICTIC has grown to become the largest and most active business angel network in Switzerland, with a community comprising business angels, professional investors, and institutional investors. The organization operates offices in Zurich, Lausanne, and Ticino, facilitating a nationwide network for startup investment opportunities.

SICTIC's primary focus is on sectors such as technology, healthcare, clean technology, sustainability, agri-tech, food-tech, robotics, logistics, artificial intelligence, financial technology, e-commerce, education, mobility, property technology, and travel technology. The association specializes in early-stage investments, particularly in seed and early-stage companies, providing a platform for investors to engage with high-quality tech startup deals. Notably, SICTIC does not invest directly or take commissions on investments, instead focusing on facilitating connections between investors and startups.

Over the years, SICTIC has supported numerous startups, including notable companies like GetYourGuide and algrano. The organization has been recognized for its contributions to the Swiss startup ecosystem, being awarded the 'Best Performing EBAN Member 2018' from over 150 member organizations in more than 50 countries. SICTIC continues to play a pivotal role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within Switzerland, offering educational programs and resources to both investors and startups, thereby strengthening the country's position as a hub for technological innovation and investment.
