Synergence

Synergence is a network of business angels established in 2004 in the Poitou-Charentes region of France. The network comprises approximately 40 private investors who finance and support innovative startups and developing companies in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the Vendée department. They have pooled their investments into Synergence Invest, an open-ended private equity fund, allowing for the integration of new investors and investments in new ventures.

The network focuses on post-seed stage investments, a critical period when a company's initial financial resources are depleting, yet it is not yet capable of self-financing its growth. Through Synergence Invest, they invest between €50,000 and €120,000 per company, with the possibility of additional direct investments from their members. Synergence acts as a catalyst, enabling funding rounds up to €1 million by collaborating with institutional and private partners.

Beyond financial support, Synergence offers entrepreneurs the experience and extensive networks of its members. This includes free advice and connections that can be crucial for the success of the ventures they support.
