TA Ventures is a globally-minded and network-driven venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology startups shaping the industries of tomorrow. With a team spread across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and MENA, they back founders in the US, Europe, and beyond. Their investment strategy focuses on Pre-Seed, Seed, and occasionally Series A stages, with typical ticket sizes ranging between $100k and $1m, reserving significant capacity for follow-ons.

They typically co-lead their rounds and engage actively in building stronger investor and business development networks for their portfolio companies, leveraging their global presence. 80% of their activity is focused on Software and DeepTech across Health & Bio, Fintech, and complex use cases within the Enterprise stack. The other 20% of their activity is in Consumer, including D2C brands. Every year, they review over 3,000 opportunities and back 20-30 new companies. Approximately 50% of their deal flow is originated in North America, 30-40% in Europe, and the remainder is spread across Southeast Asia, MENA, and Latin America.

Since 2010, TA Ventures has supported several non-profit initiatives in Ukraine, including Code Club Ukraine, WTECH, and OneUkraine. Code Club Ukraine is a volunteer-led initiative providing 9 to 11-year-old children with access to coding classes, with over 1,068 local clubs in 48 cities and over 21,000 program participants. WTECH is the first Ukrainian community for female leaders in the technology business, founded in 2018, with over 3,500 members.

OneUkraine is a charitable platform providing humanitarian aid and spearheading scalable infrastructure projects in Ukraine, backed by the founders of TA Ventures and other leading European tech entrepreneurs.
