Terracotta Ventures is a Brazilian venture capital firm specializing in seed and early-stage investments in technology-driven real estate companies. Founded in 2019 by three former executives from Softplan, it was the first venture capital firm in Latin America focused on the real estate sector. The firm has invested over R$360 million in its portfolio and has more than 2,000 entrepreneurs in its network.

The firm's investment strategy centers on emerging trends in the real estate market, including modular construction, real estate as a service, alternative funding sources, and digital construction solutions. Terracotta Ventures launched its first fund, Terracotta Warriors I, raising R$50 million to invest in early-stage construction and property technology startups. The fund's initial investments included Yuca, Livance, and Myside.

In addition to its investment activities, Terracotta Ventures offers strategic support through its 'Terracotta Insider' program, a business development initiative that allows decision-makers to explore emerging trends in their markets. The firm also provides advisory services focused on capital structures and business models for members of the Insider program.
