The Land Managers is a boutique real estate investment firm under the JL Family Office, focusing on value-add and development opportunities in gateway cities globally. With gross assets under management of approximately S$400 million, the firm invests across all asset classes, leveraging its strong networks and deep expertise in real estate investment and development to cultivate a supportive ecosystem for growth.

Founded by Mr. Andy Lim, Group CEO of JL Family Office, The Land Managers focuses on key markets such as Singapore, Greater China, and Europe. In August 2020, the firm made its maiden acquisition of a 5,400 sq ft shophouse at 65 Club Street in Singapore for S$15.7 million, completed in November 2020. This property serves as the new headquarters for both The Land Managers and JL Family Office.

The firm's investment strategy emphasizes value-add and development opportunities, targeting investment sizes between S$20 million and S$50 million. By focusing on these segments, The Land Managers aims to unlock value in key gateway cities, capitalizing on its track record and wide network to identify and execute strategic real estate investments.
