TPG Real Estate

TPG Real Estate is the dedicated real estate investment platform of TPG, a global alternative asset firm. Established in 2009, it manages a diversified portfolio across various real estate strategies, including private equity, core plus, and residential and commercial debt. The platform has approximately $19 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2025.

The platform operates through several distinct strategies: TPG Real Estate Partners (TREP), focusing on opportunistic real estate equity investments; TPG Real Estate Thematic Advantage Core-Plus (TAC+), targeting real estate investments in the U.S. with stabilized tenancy and enduring cash flow; and TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (TRTX), which originates and manages commercial mortgage loans and other real estate-related debt instruments in North America.

TPG Real Estate's investment approach is systematic, pursuing secular growth trends and opportunities arising from market dislocations. It seeks to generate attractive returns for investors throughout market cycles by leveraging TPG's global platform and expertise.
