Established in 1987, the UAE-Bangladesh Investment Company Limited (UBICO) is a joint venture financial institution owned by the Government of Bangladesh and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. Its primary objective is to foster economic development in Bangladesh by investing in diverse sectors, including garments and knitwear, textile, agriculture, trade and commerce, SME and others, paper, printing and packaging, power, and housing.
