Vento Ventures is an Italian venture capital firm established in 2022, focusing on early-stage investments in technology companies. The firm is wholly funded by Exor, Italy's most active non-governmental early-stage fund, and has committed €75 million to its second fund to empower exceptional Italian founders worldwide. Vento Ventures operates with a standardized €150,000 initial investment, with follow-on potential up to €1 million, and maintains a sector-agnostic, geography-independent approach, focusing on pre-seed and seed stages. A key criterion for investment is the presence of at least one Italian founder on the team.

Since its inception, Vento Ventures has evaluated over 3,500 startups, resulting in approximately 100 investments in Italian founders globally, maintaining a selective 2.5% conversion rate. The firm's portfolio includes companies such as Bee, JetHR, and Qomodo, making it one of Italy's largest early-stage portfolios. Vento Ventures also operates a venture-building program that has created 26 startups from three cohorts, further contributing to the growth of Italy's tech ecosystem.
