VinaCapital Insights Balanced Fund (VINACAPITAL-VIBF) is a balanced open-ended fund professionally managed by VinaCapital. The fund aims to provide investors with exposure to potential equity appreciation while also investing in fixed income to reduce overall portfolio volatility. It maintains a standard allocation of 50% in equities and 50% in fixed income instruments. The fund focuses on investing in companies with strong fundamentals, large market shares, good corporate governance, healthy financial status, and reasonable valuations compared to their potential upside. Additionally, it takes positions in bills, bonds, certificates of deposits, and other fixed-income products issued by creditworthy companies with sustainable profitability and high capital adequacy.

The fund's investment strategy is designed to take advantage of opportunities when the stock market is favorable and limit risks during market fluctuations. It invests in a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, and fixed income instruments. The fund's performance is benchmarked against an average of the VN-Index and the 12-month VND denominated deposit rate by Vietcombank. As of October 31, 2024, the fund reported a total AUM of 1,076.3 billion VND, with a NAV per share of 18,446.18 VND. The fund has demonstrated a cumulative return since inception of 84.8%, outperforming its benchmark's cumulative return of 38.4%.

VinaCapital Insights Balanced Fund is managed by VinaCapital Fund Management Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group, one of the largest investment management firms in Vietnam. VinaCapital has a diverse portfolio of over $3.9 billion in assets under management and offers a range of investment solutions, including listed equity, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, clean energy, real estate, and carbon credit. The fund's custodian and supervisory bank is Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited, and its auditor is PwC Vietnam. The fund's trading frequency is daily, from Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 14:40 on the last working day prior to the dealing date. Redemption settlements are processed within four working days after the dealing date.
